Bits of information and rules you must know

In public events such as Pub Crawls, all passengers must be 21 years or older and show a photo ID when entering the trolley.

If Moonbeam travels outside Vanderburgh County to meet your party, a $3/mile fee is added. Once your party is on board, your standard rate applies. Moonbeam travels at 50mph or less, therefore a mile/rate is a better option for our customers.

Moonbeam Trolley WILL NOT be held liable for any damage to wedding attire or clothing due to spillage or indiscretion.

Moonbeam will not provide alcohol, but you can BYOB, and bring or request a cooler. 

Inappropriate behavior, as determined by the driver, will result in the passenger being asked to immediately disembark from the party. 

There is a $100 cleaning fee in case a guest overindulges and makes a *mess* on board.

It is the rider's responsibility to comply with all laws and ordinances while riding the trolley, including laws pertaining to consumption of alcohol or public intoxication. Should a passenger become intoxicated in violation of law, passenger agrees to hold Moonbeam Trolley Co. and its employees harmless from any civil damages or criminal fines assessed against the passenger.

Moonbeam reserves the right to deny passage to anyone we deem *TOO inebriated*.

No weapons are allowed on board.
